Rules for entering Find text ("enter text & click Find"): .. operates on School Name column. .. matching requires exact spelling. .. matching is case sensitive. .. try use of partial, unique text rather than full name. .. Or use similar technique to locate by school district name or ZIP code. . Other .. A negative value in the numeric columns indicates data not reported or not available for this school. Data presented the ranking table are a subset of a larger set of schools and subject matter. Only regular, active schools are included in the ranking table and omit alternative, special education and other schools that are included in the master K-12 school database. Additional subject matter data available but not presented in the ranking table include address, latitude and longitude of school location, previous year enrollment, free and reduced lunch eligible count, congressional district code and other items. The master K-12 schools database may be used in manner integrated with other geography/data through the ProximityOne Enterprise or acquired separately on a one-time or subscription basis in CSV or database structure. The data are available in shapefile structure and may be used in mapping or geospatial analysis applications with the CommunityViewer GIS software or any software that can process a shapefile.
