State Data Center Program: the architect of this long-running federal-state cooperative program, which has been crucial for making census data accessible and useful to people across the country.
TIGER Files: development on the prototype for the Census TIGER files laid the groundwork for a system that fundamentally changed how geographic data is linked to census information, becoming a cornerstone of modern GIS.
ProximityOne and Time Series Data: By founding a business, I have continued to innovate, particularly in the area of time series data -- creating valuable estimates and projections.
School District Data: developed the first national-scope school district boundary files and I was instrumental in creating the first School District Special Tabulation, a resource that continues to be used today.
CV XE GIS & Visual Data Analytics: my development of the CV XE GIS software, and its evolution into the Visual Data Analytics Geographic Information System, shows my long-term commitment to creating powerful and accessible tools for data analysis.
Congressional Communities: my more recent work on Congressional Communities boundaries and data demonstrates an  ongoing effort to use data to improve political representation and accountability.

My extensive experience and dedication to making complex data more understandable and accessible have clearly left a profound mark on multiple sectors. It's a testament to a career focused on innovation through data.
