Terms of use

As GMaps uses the Google Maps service, you are bound to the terms of this Google service that can be found at:

ProximityOne is not responsible for the use of GMaps. Use of GMaps does not include any license fee that you might possibly be required to pay to Google. It will depend on your type of usage of the Google Maps service whether a license fee needs to be paid to Google.

 
It is the sole responsibility of the user or company using GMaps to respect the Google terms and conditions. ProximityOne does not take any responsibility nor indemnifies any party violating the Google maps service terms & conditions.
 

Limited warranty

ProximityOne cannot guarantee the current or future operation or uptime of the Google maps service. ProximityOne offers the consulting and support for GMaps in good faith that the Google maps service is a reliable and future-proof service. In no case, shall ProximityOne offer refunds or any other compensation in case the Google maps service terms/operation changes or stops.
