This section describes supplemental additional training and support optionally available to meet needs for more help and technical assistance.
During the first year we provide support by phone, email and Web. We also provide maintenance updates as applicable to software and documentation.
We recommend that SDGIS be a permanent part of the District's planning, developing, and evaluation resource set. We provide optional updates and continuing support on an annual basis.
