This section provides a record layout/content description for the Census 2010 PL summary file developed by Proximity based on the Census 2010 P.L. 94-171 data, augmented with other data (details).   • Urban data geography and subject matter, not available from Census, are developed by Proximity.
  • Census block file records optionally contain the urban area code.
  • ZIP code data subject matter are developed by Proximity.
  • Census block file records optionally contain the ZIP code.
