This section provides an interactive ranking table to view/analyze county level 2008 estimates of population by race/ethnicity released in May 2009. These estimates are prepared annually by the Census Bureau for counties and integrated into Proximity MetroDynamics, Situation & Outlook, and county projections database/modeling. See examples of the more detailed age-race/ethnicity-gender demographics for these areas El Paso County, TX (in connection with Socorro ISD), Harris County, TX, Oklahoma City, OK, Suffolk County, NY.

The ranking table has a row for each U.S. county/county equivalent. Each row contains the 2000 and 2008 total population estimates, 2008 population estimates by major race categories and Hispanic population, and percent change between 2000 and 2008 for these same categories.
