Situation & Outlook (S&O -- http://proximityone.com/situation&outlook.htm) is an interpretive guide to metropolitan area demographic-economic characteristics and trends. Updated monthly for each metropolitan statistical area and other geography, S&O is a unique information resource enabling stakeholders to better understand the existing situation and find out how area demographic-economics are changing.  S&O is developed substantially using MetroDynamics (MD) and is supplemented with modeling to develop projections and impact analyses, additional knowledge based on current or expected developments, and interpretation.

S&O provides extensive charts and graphics for pattern analysis.
