Execute the CMD line program CVEditor.exe as shown here:

 CVEditor oldprojectfilename newprojectfilename projectsettings

 

where:

- oldprojectfilename is the full drive-path-filename of the existing project file

- newprojectfilename  is the full drive-path-filename of the new project file to be created

- projectsettings is the full drive-path-filename of the oldprojectfilename to be changed and saved as newprojectfilename
