Open a GIS project or file to view as layer

 

A file may be opened via dialog (conventional open file dialog) or pick from a favorites list.

 

Open Projects Using Favorites

... dialog and favorites are available, choose Favorites

 

Click on GIS Item to Open Project

... Favorites dialog appears; dbl-click item; click Go to open.
