Congressional Districts

This section is focused on Congressional District geodemographics. Though Congressional Districts have little direct involvement with implementing community development, Congress plays an important role in stimulating/developing awareness about the state of community development and helping enable community development through programs such as the Community Development Block Grant program, ESEA Title I and a range of other programs.
