Components of population change during the 2010-2020 period were births 2,638, deaths 2,366, and net migration -2,942. The population natural increase, births less deaths, was 272.

The 7/1/20 model-based population estimate was 15,585 compared to the 7/1/21 model-based population estimate of 15,236. Components of change over the year were births 226, deaths 286, international migration 0, domestic migration -287. The net migration was -287. The natural increase was -60.

Income. The median household income changed from $28,152 in 2010 to $34,498, a change of $6,346 ( 22.5%).

Poverty. The number of people in poverty (all ages) changed from 5,638 in 2010 to 5,429, a change of -209 ( -3.7%). The poverty rate (all ages) changed from 31.3 in 2010 to 35.3, a change of 4.0 ( 12.8%).
