VDA0647 to VDA0646 Video

Demographic attributes of the sub-areas vary across an area that they comprise. Stakeholders need to understand how these attributes vary. There are generally 16-18 Congressional Communities (CC) that are sub-areas for each Congressional District (CD).

Here we show how to use Visual Data Analytics Web (VDAW) tool to open the VDA0647.GIS project, create the new VDA0646.GIS project using a different measure, save the new project, close VDAW and recall the new VDA0646 project. Nothing to install. The purpose of the video is to show how to use the VDAW Layer Editor to modify the VDA0647 (California CD 47 CCs) to create and use the VDA0646 (California CD 46 CCs). The process shows how to change the Population 65 years and over to the Median Household Income -- both items from the American Community Survey 2023 5-year estimates (ACS2023).

Open VDA0647.GIS with VDAW4 to create VDA0646.GIS
