St -- USPS state abbreviation
St1 -- State FIPS code
CD -- 119th Congressional District code
StCD -- USPS Sate Abbreviation + 119th CD code
Old Party -- party of incumbent before November 5, 2024 election
New Party -- party of current incumbent as of the November 5 election or more recent
.. this field is blank when the election is undecided.
Status -- not used
New Incumbent -- coded "1" if incumbent new to this district
Flip -- coded "1" if this district flipped party in November 2024 election
