Database, Analytical Options & Extensions The profiles are developed from a database. The database contains a record for each congressional district and lends itself to national scope analysis across all congressional districts. The Situation & Outlook software operates on the database to generate the type of profile shown here and other profile structures. The profile is also output in XLS and RTF (Word) structures for other applications. The database may be linked with GIS/mapping applications and integrated with other subject matter data and geography.
