Usage Notes. Drop down geographic selections are organized state by state sorted by full state name. The state postal abbreviation is shown (AK-Alaska follows AL-Alabama, etc.) at beginning of each geographic area name. Within each state group, the state summary is followed by Congressional Districts, followed by school districts sorted by school district name. Congressional district names are structured in the manner AZ CD 01 for the First Congressional District in Arizona. Data for school districts are for boundaries/names defined as of the 2009-10 school year.
