How Minnesota Demographics are Changing

Minnesota Population Trends
The population of Minnesota changed from 5,310,711 in 2010 to 5,576,606 in 2017, a change of 265,895 (5.01%). The change reflects 483,838 births and 288,170 deaths (195,668 natural increase) with -28,455 domestic migration and 100,886 international migration (72,431 net migration).
